Mixed-use Development
Managed the development planning process for a large-scale mixed-use development on over 30 acres of property. Oversaw and coordinated with the internal team (client) on the business case for the acquisition of the vacant land. Post-acquisition, we oversaw and coordinated with the design team and internal team on brief preparation, market study, optioneering, staging, first-stage concept design, business case, utilities provision, and the statutory approval process.
Gated Residential Development
Managed the development of a luxury gated residential development in a prime location in Suva. Oversaw all phases of the project, including assessment and business case, planning, design, construction, and delivery. Implemented innovative sustainability features and premium amenities to attract high-end tenants.
Office Tower Reinstatement Work
Led the reinstatement of a 6-storey office building in Suva after it was destroyed in a fire. Initiated some betterment opportunities to improve the functionality and presentation of the building, making it more conducive to its new use. Successfully delivered the project on schedule and within budget.
Building Upgrade Projects
Managed the upgrade works on some of the country’s landmark commercial buildings, warehouses, hospital, and residential units. Works include upgrades on systems and building shells. Coordinated with architects, engineers, and contractors to successfully deliver the projects with minimal interruptions to the tenants and users of the buildings.
Serviced Apartments
Transformed an upper deck car park into modern serviced apartments, optimising space and functionality. Managed the conversion process from investment analysis, conceptualisation, business case, design, construction, and completion, ensuring high-quality living spaces in a prime urban location for an international apartment brand.
Cardiac and Trauma Unit
Converted a basement car park into a state-of-the-art cardiac and trauma unit for a hospital. Coordinated with medical professionals, design, and construction teams to create a specialised healthcare facility that meets the highest standards of patient care.
Development of Warehouses
Developed warehouses for industrial and commercial use, incorporating efficient design and construction methods to meet the needs of businesses. Managed the project from site selection, assessment and business case to delivery, delivering cost-effective and functional warehouse spaces.
Bank Branches Fit Out
Fitted out new bank branches and upgraded existing ones to meet new standards and brand. Our involvement spanned from initial site analysis, lease negotiation, coordination works with the teams from the bank, design, and construction to create functional, friendly, and secure bank branches.
Bank Branches Reinstatement
Coordinated the reinstatement works on several bank branches that were damaged by floods. Our involvement included assisting insurance assessors in damage assessment, coordinating the reinstatement works, and providing cost documentation for insurance claims.
Office Fit Out
Successfully completed numerous office fit-out projects, delivering exceptional results that exceeded clients’ expectations. We coordinated with the client, design team, and contractors to deliver these projects with minimal interruptions to tenants’ operations.
Investment Assessment of Property Opportunity
Carried out inspection works on potential investment properties and developments to determine if they aligned with clients’ investment requirements. We meticulously evaluated each property from analysing the property’s location and condition to potential for rental income and future development.
Food Court
Led a transformative project that involved converting underutilized and inefficient space into a vibrant and modern food court. This project required meticulous planning, innovative design, and strategic implementation to achieve a successful outcome. We developed the concept, prepared the business case, and managed all the phases of the project including the leasing of the space.
